Not all PDF documents have title elements which means users can’t tell if a page has relevant information until they examine it further. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.2 (Page Titled).

What we’re doing to improve accessibility 

We’ll continue to address the accessibility issues identified in this accessibility statement. Our aim is to resolve or significantly improve issues within our control by August 2027. We’ll report issues beyond our control to the software provider to consider. As we implement changes, we’ll review and retest the accessibility of this website.
