Since September 2023, the University has adopted a new process for considering tuition fee remission applications from both undergraduate and postgraduate students, which now falls under the remit of the University's PRC Fees and Funding Sub-committee.  Applications now follow a single standardised process, regardless of the student group, and are considered by the Fee Remission Panel. The Panel meets approximately once every two months, and reports to the PRC Fees and Funding Sub-committee on an annual basis.

The guidance document and application form are reviewed and updated annually in August, and uploaded accordingly to this web page prior to the start of the new academic year.

Meeting dates for the Fee Remission Panel are given below. Applications must reach the Fee Remission Panel Secretary no later than 7 days before the meeting.
