The administrators supporting the Committee work as quickly as possible to ensure that accurate and clear information is included in the outcome letters. It is expected that responses will be sent to the College, or direct to the student (in cases of direct application) between 5-10 working days after the meeting. Please do not chase for outcomes until 10 working days have passed.

Please be advised that staff are operating in a hybrid working model, working both remotely and in the Student Services Centre (SSC). Please continue to submit applications to the Examination Access and Mitigation Committee (EAMC) for consideration and if you have any queries, please email

Information for students on the University's mitigation measures can be found online here

We are not able to provide advice to students over the phone. Please send your query to the mitigation team by emailing either (for allowances) or for reasonable adjustment queries.
